Landline Numbers Direct To Mobile Phones

Small Business always tries to convey a feeling of being ‘local’ to the areas they are operating in. A business mobile landline number for any business is valued by customers as it helps business to continue to maintain an image of being a local business. O2 offers affixed number anywhere, a new service that provides small business with a land line number that rings straight through to their mobile phone. The service is specially designed for small business who maintain a landline number to show customers their business is established and local, but spend long period of time away from their desk.  The offer is of its first kind to be offered in the UK by O2, to take all incoming business calls directly to their business mobile.
Up to five landline numbers can link up to the same business mobile phone, existing BT number, a new number with a local code or a free phone code can be used by business using fixed number anywhere. A recent customer research disclosed that nearly 36% small businesses have lost business opportunities just because of missed calls and non responsiveness to landline voice messages. Missed calls received on business landline number can be minimized by linking each landline number to up to ten different employee mobiles. Known as a call group, calls can ring through simultaneously to all ten employees within the group or can be prioritised to individual numbers
O2 will not be charging to customers any price for the calls received on business mobile phones, directed through landline numbers and customers will be paying standard charges for the fixed number dialled.
