Technology changes with the passage of time, at first humans invented big computers which with the process of time kept decreasing in size and increasing in processing power. An era came when laptops were on boom. And then mobile technology became much popular. You would remember old players of mobile market such as Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson. They remained famous and captured a huge market share for long time. Then, the era came which changed whole concept of mobiles. Yes I'm talking about touch screen mobiles. Apple's iPhone pioneered in touch screen technology - iPhone 1G, 2G, 3G and now iPhone 4G has become the standard business mobile. Business mobile phones and business mobile deals have also participated in the changing the shape of mobile technology industry.
Open source mobile technology is among other prominent figure in this field. Such as Android based smartphones are also widely used today. Wi-fi mobiles, mobile computing, business over mobiles, tablets, ultra mobile PCs and mobile commerce are among other emerging technologies of mobiles which are being experienced in global village. Though iPhone is thought as the most professional and business mobile phone, it seems Android base phones will leave it behind in near future. Google's Android mobile operating system is having the power of open source technology which iPhone lacks at.
